We believe in a
world where
periods are safe
and dignified.
We increase menstrual hygiene
accessibility for women.
HER advances Health, Menstrual Equity, and Respect for all.

We develop low-cost, sustainable
period-care solutions. We distribute period kits with reusable pads, sugarcane-fiber pads, and hygiene supplies. We partner with
organizations to ensure our period
kits reach women in need.

We design and distribute
illustration-based educational
booklets on periods. We organize
gender-inclusive period events to
break period stigma, normalize
period talk, and advocate for
menstrual equity.

We organize free gynecological
workshops for low-income workers
to learn about their sexual and reproductive health from a
professional doctor.

We train and employ former
inmates to sew reusable pads,
providing them with an alternative
source of income through our
vocational program. Men are
empowered by sewing pads for
women.
